stakeholders gather at the downtown library September 7, 2013 for the final session of the strategic planning process. Meetings were facilitated by consultant, Marge Fleming of Chattanooga.
As a result of the strategic planning initiative, new vision and mission statements were approved for the Friends of the Library. In addition members approved financial, outreach, and infrastructure goals.
Vision: Friends of the Library envision delivering dynamic and sustainable support for library initiatives.
Mission: Friends of the Library enrich the community through promotion and support of the library.
